If your manager has invited you to zignyl, then you've stumbled upon the perfect app for you. Once you install it on your phone, you'll have easy access to your upcoming shifts and the ability to request time off, as well as check your time punches.

• Important: This app only works if your employer is using zignyl!

1. Check your emails and look for an email from zignyl, as it contains your personal invitation from your employer.
2. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account and set a personalized password.
3. Open the zignyl Team app and log in using the email address where you received the invitation.

Install the zignyl Team app for:

• Easily accessing your upcoming work shifts.
• Quickly requesting time off.
• Securely checking your time punches.
• Keeping your personal information up-to-date.

CHECK YOUR PERSONAL SCHEDULE:

Tap on the "Schedule" icon to view all your upcoming shifts, even if you're working at multiple locations. For more details, simply tap on a specific day or shift.

REQUEST TIME OFF:

If you have a doctor's appointment or a family event, select a date on the calendar and choose "Request Time Off" to fill in the necessary information. zignyl will automatically notify your manager, and you will receive an email notification once your time-off request has been approved or denied.

CHECK YOUR TIME PUNCHES:

Ensure that you are being properly compensated for your work by checking the "Shift History" section. This allows you to easily compare the hours you were scheduled to work with the hours you actually worked based on your time punches.
